​The Analytical Lab is designed to precisely monitor fermentation processes and the resulting products from the Discovery Lab and Creative Culture Lab. Rigorous analysis ensures target microbes proliferate and desired compounds are produced, while molecular testing verifies microbial purity and protein expression. Key parameters such as oxygen levels, agitation, and pH are carefully controlled to optimize growth conditions.

Our lab also tracks metabolites like glucose, ethanol, and biomass, and performs post-formulation evaluations to confirm product composition and concentration. Shelf-life studies further refine formulations, supporting end-to-end protocols from fermentation to final product development.
